Orders can be cancelled within the first 2 hours after placement.

Once the 2-hour window has passed, cancellations will no longer be possible, as your order will have already begun processing.

Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product or Package: If your product arrives damaged or the packaging is compromised, you are eligible for a return.
- Process for Returns:
a. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us at info@pharmy.health
b. Include the following details: Order number, photos of the damaged product or package, and a brief description of the issue - Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded in store credits, which can be used for future purchases on our platform.
